3. Bheinn Nibheis - climbing The Ben
4. West Highland Days - West Highland Museum in Fort William, Steall Falls, Nevis Rope Bridge, running the West Highland Way
5. Skye's the Limit - sea kayaking at Arisaig Sound and arrival on Skye
6. The Executioner - climbing Am Basteir in the Cuillin Ridge
7. Beaten by an Old Man - the Old Man of Storr, then off to Inverness
8. Applecrossing - riding hired motorbikes including Bealach na Ba
