So I'm still kind of messed up, my longest run since April 15th was 7.5km (on Wednesday evening) for a grand total of about 35km in the last 3 weeks, my workload at the office has increased exponentially in the last couple of months, and I have a 50k next Saturday.
But, umm...I've been swimming more and actually rode my bikes a bit?
